This notice explains how Nexflow, Inc. (“Nexflow,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through this website. Nexflow is currently in private beta; product-specific privacy terms will be provided before a team connects operational systems.

Information we collect

If you request early access, we collect your email address, team selection, signup source, and signup time. Our infrastructure may temporarily process IP address, browser information, and request logs to prevent abuse and maintain the service.

How we use information

We use waitlist information to evaluate beta fit, communicate about access, and send essential product updates. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Storage and retention

Waitlist entries are stored on our secured server with restricted access. We retain them while the beta program is active or until you ask us to delete yours.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist information by writing to privacy@nexflowdev.site from the email address you submitted.

Security

We use encrypted HTTPS transport, least-privilege access controls, data minimization, and restricted storage permissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
